Learning to Sail is a skill and experience that can last a lifetime - some people never stop !
It is a fun and rewarding skills to master.
This webpage has been set up for those students in the New English School (NES) who wish to
learn to sail in dinghies in Kuwait. Use the links on the yellow navigation bar to find out where we shall sail from, which
days the sailing club is on, what clothes to wear, some sailing terms and much more.
Sailing is of course much kinder to the environment than motor cruising or powerboating as dinghy
sailing makes use of the wind instead of an engine and thus does not omit greenhouse gases.
Even if you dont intend to join the club and learn to sail I hope that you enjoy this website and
that it encourages you at some stage in your life to think about learning to sail.
